Biography
I studied medicine at the University of Southampton, qualifying in 2003. My postgraduate training has taken me through various hospitals in Wessex, including my anaesthetic training at the Wessex School of Anaesthesia, as well as a Fellowship in 2 hospitals in Singapore. I became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2006 and a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2011. I have been a Consultant at University Hospital Southampton since 2015 with a broad range of subspecialty work including those performed in the private sector. I am the current Chair of the SAS group of Anaesthetists having served on the Executive Board prior to this.
I am married, am a keen cyclist and enjoy combining the outdoors with travel.
